這個錯誤訊息是版本不相容，建議您移除 Anaconda 再重新安裝(不用虛擬環境)，安裝時記得如 p1-10 核選 Add Anaconda to the system PATH enviroment variable 加入環境變數。(Python 的版本是 3.7.7)

然後以 pip install tensorflow 安裝 tensorflow，目前最新的版本是 2.1.0
再以   pip install keras  安裝 keras，目前最新的版本是 2.3.1

我安裝了tensorflow2.1和keras2.3.1也還是無法運作

我嘗試tensorflow1.13.2和
keras2.2.4版本，終於可以使用了，可能是我的電腦太舊無法用較新的版本
