這應該是 python 和 googletrans 版本搭配的問題，我試過移除 googletrans 2.40 ，重新安裝最新版，但仍出現您所說的問題。

網路 google 後，依這篇文章：安裝 3.1.0a0 版 ( ａ0　可能是ｂｅｔａ版）
pip install googletrans==3.1.0a0
